Mike has been a Massage Therapist for over 25 years. He is very aggressive in his approach to freeing the body from restrictions, adhesions and limitations. His approach is suited to athletes wanting to improve their range of motion, strength and performance. He also does Craniosacral Therapy for concussion management and recovery.
Leanne has been an RMT for over 25 years. She is a passionate advocate for natural health, nutrition and fitness for physical mental and emotional well-being. Leanne’s approach to massage is to offer therapeutic value through deep massage when needed, while at the same time offering an experience that is nurturing. She’s worked with many crossfit athletes from CFP in the last 10 years.

Kris Abe has been an avid participant of exercise and sports throughout her life, participating in equestrian show jumping, softball, weightlifting, cycling, and CrossFit. Through the years she has learned how to best maintain as well as care for acute and chronic issues of the body. This inspired her to become a Registered Massage Therapist.
